I had mine engraved on the blade to personalise it and use it most days.
To begin with had my doubts as to whether it was worth the spend but can honestly say it is and worth every penny.

5This knife is a high quality piece of kit, good value for money and should last many years if properly maintained. The handle is very comfortable and provides excellent grip on the knife when being used. The knife has good weight but is not overly heavy and is well balanced in the hand. It feels very sturdy giving confidence in its ability to tackle anything you might require of it. The sheath that comes with it is excellent and is extremely versatile allowing multiple options for carrying it on your person or attached to your bag. The knife is reasonably sharp out of the box but I would recommend purchasing a quality sharpening stone and strop to give it an extra fine edge and for general maintenance.Andrew Moseley-Packer

5Excellent but if kit. Does exactly what it should do and hasn`t faltered. Multiple fittings in the box but preferred the molle set up on webbing.

5Very good and sturdy knife. Came nice and sharp out of box, sheath is very good for attaching on to webbing, body armour etc. Engraving came exactly where gerber saodbit was going to be.

The Gerber Strongarm is an impressive bushcraft and survival knife. With a 420HC steel fixed blade and a diamond-texture rubberised handle, the Strongarm is a knife you can rely on.
